Human Resource (HR) Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HCM team in delivering full spectrum of Human Resources services
• Handle HCM administration work, provide support and advice to employees as required
• Responsible for updating and maintaining the Employee HCM database
• Plan, develop, manage and administer training programs for employees
• Assist in orientation and induction program for new employees
• Assist in payroll processes

Recruitment  Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in HCM, preferably in training
• Familiar with full spectrum of HCM (training, recruitment, Jamsostek, manpower regulations, etc)
• Good command in written and spoken English
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous, organized with an eye for details
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive learning attitude
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
